Does ERU have a showroom?
Yes. The showroom is located at 1450 Hill Place NW, Atlanta, Georgia, 30318. It is just off Collier Road before Chattahoochee Blvd. in West Midtown, Atlanta. Our showroom hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. If you want to stop by, call us at 888-404-8368.
What are delivery costs and hours?
Delivery hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., anything outside of standard operating hours can be accommodated at an additional cost. Any of the sales representatives can help with specific
pricing based on your order.
Does the team set up and break down rental items?
The team will set up and tear down items at an additional fee.
What happens if rentals are damaged?
The contracts states, “Renter agrees to return the equipment on the due date in as good of condition as it was received. Renter agrees to pay immediately for the cost of repair or replacement.”
What is the cancellation policy?
ERU requests a 72-hour notice for cancellation without incurring additional charges.
Is there a minimum order amount?
We do not require a minimum order for pick-up; however, in order to qualify for delivery, there is a $100 rental minimum.
How does the return process work?
Our team can schedule a pick-up or the client can return the rented items to the ERU facility.
Do I have to pay for items I do not use?
Once items are delivered or picked up, no refunds can be issued.
Is a deposit required?
We require a 50% deposit to reserve your equipment and then payment in full once the contract is confirmed.
How do I contact you if I have an emergency?

What if I need a tent for my event?
We can provide quotes based on individual needs for events.
Do I need to wash linens before returning them?
No. ERU launders all our linens on-site; however, if a linen is damaged a replacement cost will be incurred.
Does ERU have linens to fill all size tables?
We do have linens for most tables. Our sales representative can assist with finding linens to fit your needs.
Does ERU provide event coordination services?
We would be more than happy to provide suggestions for items based on your event.
How long is the rental period?
Rental periods are based on 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, etc. Price accrues based on time rented.
