Just about the time that the air becomes crisp and leaves begin to fall in Alabama it’s time for the annual Maestro’s Ball. A much anticipated event, the Maestro’s Ball is Alabama Symphony Orchestra’s largest fundraising event – raising money for the ASO’s artistic, educational and outreach programs. We’re honored that Event Rentals Unlimited has been a part of this event for many years…including this September’s soiree.
Held his year at the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Alys Stephens Performing Arts Center it was a beautiful evening full of culture to be remembered. The night kicked off with a celebratory champagne reception that then led into a symphonic concert in the Jemison Concert Hall. Conducting with precision was Carlos Izcaray, who is currently leading his inaugural concert season. Following the concert guests were invited to enjoy a reception on the grounds tented by Event Rentals Unlimited and catered by Hot and Hot Fish Club.
Providing the event tent, tables, chairs and more, ERU inventory set the stage for other contributors that were part of the planning team. Out doing themselves on the event’s decor was Wildflower Designs – their work was simply stunning. And returning as the evening’s photographer to capture all the feels of the evening was Arden Photography. On the heels of this year’s beautiful event we can’t wait to be a part of what the 2016 Maestro’s Ball committee has in store!

ABOUT THE ALABAMA SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
The Alabama Symphony Orchestra supports the community with more than 160 performances a year, including the classical Regions/EBSCO Masterworks series, the star-studded Red Diamond Super POPS! Series, and the Explorer and Young People’s Concerts for young music lovers. Outside of their concert hall, they reach a large and diverse audience through free community engagement performances, a statewide tour, and education programs that serve more than 30,000 children. The ASO is also home to the four-year-old Alabama Symphony Youth Orchestra, which nurtures talent from across Alabama.
