and weekend phone calls with special requests, etc. etc. etc. – are not easy to manage. Even though I know I am a high maintenance client- these gals take excellent care of me, never complain, go above and beyond the “call of duty,” and they are always cheerful to boot! It has been a wild and crazy year, and holiday season especially, and I want you to know how much I appreciate your team and their awesome client care!
